Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of your purchase date. Product must be in its original condition to be accepted for return. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. Product needs to have all tags still intact and must be in the poly bag it came in. All returns following the guidelines listed will be accepted for refund, or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense. All sale items are final sale and not redeemable for any type of return. Please note there is a restocking fee of $5 that will be deducted from your refund.

Returning merchandise
• Email info@fleurswim.com your order number to get RA# for the return.
• Fill out the return form to receive your return label.
• Enclose return form and product in return package.
